Okay, so tomorrow is the day that I start my 7 day cleanse that I found on pinterest(love that site). I am so excited for it. I just bought everything I need tonight and now I'm ready to get this show on the road. So, for the record. My starting weight is 209.4 lets see how heavy I am at the end of the week. I'm supposed to be able to lose 10-17 pounds. Why is it so much easier to gain weight without trying instead of losing weight?
